Job summary

Synchrony in Orlando is hiring a PAM Product Owner to lead the enterprise Privileged Access Management program, focusing on risk-based remediation of high-risk privileged accounts and reducing attack surfaces. You will own the product roadmap and drive rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of Delinea products for credential lifecycle management and privileged session monitoring.

The role partners across IAM governance, Security Operations, and Infrastructure teams to enable Zero Trust,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with depth in IAM and PAM.
• Proven ability to build product roadmaps and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust and JIT privileged access models.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year PAM program strategy and roadmap aligned to risk reduction and compliance.
• Lead Privileged Access Analysts and oversee PAM initiatives and maturity.
• Drive adoption of PAM best practices, including rotation and least privilege.
• Integrate PAM with ITSM and security tooling; enable incident/change workflows.
