Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a PAM Product Owner to lead the enterprise Privileged Access Management program, driving the roadmap and rollout of Delinea products across infrastructure, cloud, and applications.

The role focuses on risk-based remediation of high-risk privileged accounts, reducing attack surface, and strengthening audit readiness through strong governance and Just-in-Time access patterns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with depth in IAM and security controls including PAM, SSO, MFA, CIAM, RBAC, and/or directory governance.
• Proven ability to cultivate durable partnerships with internal and external business and technology stakeholders; collaborative, outcomes-driven.
• Experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery and building product roadmaps for security programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise PAM program.
• Serve as Product Owner for Delinea capabilities across infrastructure, cloud, and applications.
• Lead Privileged Access Analysts and ensure program delivery and maturity.
• Drive PAM best practices including least privilege, credential rotation, strong authentication, and break-glass governance.
• Enable Zero Trust-aligned privileged access patterns, including Just-in-Time access and time-bound entitlements.
• Oversee integration of PAM with ITSM and security tooling and incident/change processes.
• Build strong partnerships with IAM governance, Security Operations, Infrastructure/Cloud, and Audit teams.
