Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks a PAM Team Lead to own strategy, engineering execution, service health, and continuous improvement of privileged access and secrets management. You will lead a global PAM engineering team and partner with IAM Product, architecture, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to advance Zero Trust and meet business needs.

Requirements include 10+ years in cybersecurity/IAM with 7+ years in PAM, plus hands-on PAM experience across Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and HashiCorp

Qualifications

• 7+ years focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• 10+ years in cybersecurity or IAM.
• Experience leading security engineering teams in a large global org.
• Strong knowledge of PAM and secrets management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own PAM strategy and governance in partnership with security and architecture teams.
• Lead design and delivery of PAM and secrets management capabilities.
• Oversee remediation of PAM vulnerabilities and audit findings.
• Mentor and develop the PAM engineering team.
