Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to lead deployment and initial configuration of our Prisma Browser solution for customers. You will translate security requirements into a fully operational, optimized cloud-delivered browser security setup.

You will collaborate with customers, solution consultants, and project managers to implement PB per best practices and customer needs. This role emphasizes complex deployments and strategic, results-driven implementation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on, customer-facing experience in professional services or related roles.
• Proactive engagement with customers to drive deployment and project velocity.
• Expert knowledge of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S) and security (Zero Trust, SASE).
• Ability to independently lead complex technical projects in customer environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with structured problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with IAM and IdP integrations (Azure AD or Okta) using SAML 2.0.
• Familiarity with Prisma Access deployment and cloud/SaaS security architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead PB deployment lifecycle, including secure tenant setup and IdP integrations.
• Translate customer designs into practical PB configurations and access policies.
• Guide large-scale deployment of the PB extension/client to end-user devices.
• Provide PB best practices, feature usage, and performance tuning.
• Perform deep-dive root-cause analyses for escalations across teams.
• Create as-built documentation and deliver admin training and knowledge transfer.
• Capture field feedback for feature requests and product improvement.
• Stay current with Prisma Browser releases and security trends.
