Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior cybersecurity engineer to maintain and optimize our Strata Cloud Manager and Prisma Access environments, both on-prem and in the cloud. You will design security controls, integrate with other security solutions, and help create architecture artifacts and policies.

The role requires deep expertise in Palo Alto technologies and strong collaboration with security teams. You will lead design efforts for secure network services, perform evaluations, and stay ahead of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity engineering across on-prem and cloud architectures.
• 5+ years hands-on with Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager/Panorama.
• 3+ years tuning network sensors (IDS/IPS, DDOS, Cloud Security).
• Domain expertise in network security sensors (CASB, VNS, DNS).
• Knowledge of virtual networks, routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager environment and related cloud security controls.
• Design, deploy and optimize cybersecurity solutions for the organization.
• Integrate Prisma Access with other security solutions and architect secure networks.
• Develop security design artifacts, plans, and policies; contribute to SDLC safety.
• Collaborate with Navy Federal/ Palo Alto teams to implement protections.
