Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to lead deployment and initial configuration of Prisma Browser (PB) for customers. You will translate security requirements into a cloud-delivered browser security solution, handle IdP integrations, and drive zero trust adoption across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on, customer-facing technical experience.
• Proven ability to drive deployments and manage risks.
• Expert knowledge of networking concepts and security principles.
• Ability to independently lead complex technical projects in customer environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience integrating IdPs using SAML 2.0.

Responsibilities

• Proactively Drive Technical Deployment: manage PB implementation lifecycle and IdP integrations.
• Translate Strategy to Security Policy: configure PB for access control, DLP, and web security policies.
• Drive Adoption: deploy PB extension/client via enterprise methods (GPO, MDM).
• Be a Proactive Technical Advisor: provide PB best practices and performance tuning.
• Resolve Complex Escalations: perform root cause analysis and coordinate with teams.
• Document and Transfer Knowledge: create as-built docs and training.
• Advocate for the Customer: capture field feedback for feature requests.
• Maintain expert-level Prisma Browser knowledge and training.
