Mortenson is seeking a Safety Manager II to lead the Zero Injury Safety program across multiple project sites in the United States. You will provide management, leadership, and direction to project teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

You will oversee hazard assessments, safety training, incident investigations, and performance metrics, partnering with risk management and trade partners. Travel up to 100% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, occupational health, or related field.
• High school diploma with CHST and OSHA 500 plus 12 years of construction safety experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee, lead, and manage the Zero Injury Safety Program across multiple project sites.
• Plan, lead safety initiatives and collaborate with trade and joint-venture partners.
• Conduct site hazard assessments and develop safety orientation content.
