Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation in Oregon is seeking an experienced EHS & Sustainability leader to partner with site leadership to advance Zero Harm and regulatory compliance across operations. You will lead the implemention of EHS and sustainability programs, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement in safety, environmental performance and resource efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or related technical discipline preferred.
• HS Diploma required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in EHS, Environmental or Sustainability roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Experience participating in continuous improvement and sustainability projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote site Zero Harm culture through engagement and visible leadership.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of site EHS programs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal and corporate EHS requirements.
• Conduct routine Safety Gemba Walks to identify hazards.
• Monitor EHS performance indicators and tracking of actions.
• Participate in production meetings to support safe operations.
• Maintain EHS visual management and safety awareness programs.
• Coordinate incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Support audits and closure of findings.
• Coordinate site EHS training and compliance tracking.
• Support emergency preparedness and response programs.
