Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead and implement a robust environmental, health, and safety program at our TBD facility. The role drives a high-performance safety culture and aligns with the company’s Zero Harm strategy to improve safety performance across the site.

The successful candidate will oversee regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and training, while partnering with operations to reduce risk and ensure safe, quality production practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA 30-hour General Industry is desirable.
• Experience implementing and auditing EHS programs in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead trainings and safety briefings across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement a comprehensive EHS program aligned with Zero Harm goals.
• Maintain OSHA records and relevant safety documentation.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate training and ensure regulatory compliance across site.
• Collaborate with operations to improve safety culture and performance.
