Job summary

WillScot is seeking an EHS Leader to partner with division, region and branch management to implement and improve environment, health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with EPA, DOT, OSHA and internal policies.

You'll drive a Zero Harm culture, develop training, perform audits, and lead investigations while coordinating with service centers and regional managers. The role requires travel up to 75% and a strong safety leadership background.

Qualifications

• BS/BA 4-year degree in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Science (or related field).
• Professional certifications: ASP/CSP, CIH, CPEA, REM/REP, CHMM.
• Demonstrated safety leadership in positions with increasing responsibilities.
• 7-10 years of experience in the EHS field with at least 3 years in a management role.
• OSHA Authorized Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Be the EHS champion driving continuous improvement and lead initiatives.
• Assess compliance with EPA, OSHA, DOT and state/local regulations.
• Investigate EHS incidents, develop corrective actions and track them.
• Design and roll out EHS plans aligned with goals; foster Zero Harm culture.
• Evaluate programs and report on improvements; drive change management.
• Provide regulatory EHS support to regional teams and update risk assessments.
• Deliver EHS training and coach employees.
• Communicate with leaders to capture improvement opportunities and close gaps.
• Collaborate across branches to align with operational excellence goals.
