Executive Human Resource Service seeks an Health & Safety Environmental Lead (HSE) for our manufacturing client in Idaho. The role requires strong leadership to drive zero-harm culture and compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO standards.

You will develop and manage HSE programs, lead incident investigations, perform risk assessments, and partner with plant leadership to integrate safety into daily operations. Relocation provided; salary range $105k–$120k with bonus potential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 5+ years in Health, Safety & Environmental roles in manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA requirements and environmental reporting.
• Experience developing and managing comprehensive HSE programs.
• Experience leading incident investigations and RCA methodologies.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 preferred.
