The role emphasizes driving Lean/Safety Kaizens, risk management, and incident investigations to support the Beyond Zero vision. Collaboration with HR and operations is essential for effective risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Safety Management, or related field.
• Strong project management and project planning experience.
• Experience with risk management and assessment.
• High-level leadership with integrity and results orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs across Geneva, AL plant to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive EHS scorecard indicators and sustainability initiatives.
• Develop and maintain regulatory programs (OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, etc.).
• Coordinate incident investigations and safety communications.
• Engage workforce to promote safe behaviors and culture.
