You will partner with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics to stabilize flows, eliminate defects, and implement poka-yoke and BIQ practices for sustained quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage internal manufacturing and process quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and requirements.
• Drive containment actions for non-conforming materials to prevent disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Lead structured problem-solving (8D, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis) for process-driven defects.
• Deploy Zero Defect and Built-In Quality (BIQ) practices across the cell.
