Job summary

Rover is seeking an Application Analyst to provide expert Zendesk support and drive improvements across our CRM and ERP stack. You’ll coordinate feature rollouts, migrations, and integrations while mentoring junior teammates and aligning with cross‑functional partners.

Based in Barcelona (Europe) with a strong emphasis on scalable, efficient processes, you’ll help shape our customer and employee experiences by leveraging Zendesk platform capabilities and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or, in lieu of a degree, comparable relevant work experience.
• 4+ years direct experience administering Zendesk implementations for established businesses.
• Deep, detailed understanding of Zendesk configuration components (Triggers, Macros, Tags, Skills, Omnichannel Routing).
• Strong familiarity with Zendesk APIs and data extraction/actions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Zendesk and adjacent apps to improve efficiency and optimize implementation.
• Lead or participate in large feature rollouts, migrations, integrations, and optimization efforts.
• Address internal issues and requests, prioritizing by business impact and project load.
• Maintain expert-level technical understanding of supported apps with focus on usability and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
