Job summary

Meadowbrook Brands Restaurants is hiring for cooks and cashiers at our Canton, GA location. Positions require applicants to be at least 16 years old and include an in-store training program. You will perform meal assembly, food prep, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining food safety standards, assisting guests with menu questions, and keeping the dining area clean. Training may lead to increased responsibilities and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 to apply for all positions.
• In-store training program included - potential up to .50 upon training completion.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package menu items to company standards.
• Prep all food items to company standards.
• Hold and store all food items to follow food safety guidelines and company standards.
• Regularly keep restaurant stocked with necessary items to run smooth shifts.
• Generate additional sales by suggesting additional menu items to the guest.
• Enter guests orders accurately into the POS system.
• Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests.
• Explain menu and answer product questions for all guests.
• Inform management when any back-of-house equipment needs service or inventory is needed.
• Keep restaurant clean, including kitchen, storage areas, dining room and back of house areas.
• Clean and maintain equipment to company standards.

Zaxby's Cooks and Cashiers: (*Must be 16 to apply for all positions)

• Assemble and package menu items to company standards.

• Responsible for holding and storing all food items to follow food safety guidelines & company standards.
• Regularly keeping restaurant stocked with necessary items to run smooth shifts

• Enter guests ordersaccuratelyinto the POS system.

• Explain menu and answer product questions for all guests.
• Informs management when any back-of-house equipment needs service or inventory is needed.
