Job summary

Z1 Motorsports in Carrollton, GA (West Atlanta area) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team. You will assist customers with shipping logistics, returns, and claims while delivering technical support to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and automotive knowledge; bilingual Spanish is preferred. A 40-hour workweek with occasional nights/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Automotive knowledge is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in communication and bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to assist with shipping logistics, returns, and claims.
• Process returns and exchanges, cancellations, and order modifications; ensure order accuracy.
• Verify part numbers and fitment; assist with damaged or lost package claims and shipping claims.
• Provide technical support to customers and respond promptly to inquiries.

Duties And Responsibilities

Customer service is an important part of the customer experience here at Z1 Motorsports. Become a part of our growing team assisting clients with shipping logistics, returning products, processing damaged or lost package claims, and providing technical support to achieve complete customer satisfaction. As a customer service representative your duties will include:

Customer Service

• Interact with customer in person, over the phone, and through email
• Set up returns and exchanges
• Cancellations and order modifications
• Ensure order accuracy
• Verify part numbers and fitment
• Shipping claims for damaged or lost orders
• Provide technical support
• Respond to customers in timely manor
• Other duties as assigned

Availability

• Must be onsite
• 40-hour workweek with occasional nights and weekends

Requirements
