Job summary

Z1 Motorsports in Carrollton, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with shipping logistics, returns, and technical support. This onsite role requires strong communication and automotive knowledge to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Duties And Responsibilities

Customer service is an important part of the customer experience here at Z1 Motorsports. Become a part of our growing team assisting clients with shipping logistics, returning products, processing damaged or lost package claims, and providing technical support to achieve complete customer satisfaction. As a customer service representative your duties will include:

Customer Service

• Interact with customer in person, over the phone, and through email
• Set up returns and exchanges
• Cancellations and order modifications
• Ensure order accuracy
• Verify part numbers and fitment
• Shipping claims for damaged or lost orders
• Provide technical support
• Respond to customers in timely manor
• Other duties as assigned

Availability

• Must be onsite
• 40-hour workweek with occasional nights and weekends
