Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent forklift certification.
• Leadership experience is preferred and a plus for chance of advancement.
• Willing to learn RMS and apply safely in daily tasks.
• Experience with furniture repair and delivery is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work within the assigned team and area.
• Create work documents for picking, moving, and shipping merchandise.
• Maintain records and assignment lists for daily tasks and accountability.
• Reconcile completed work and process final documents.
• Keep records of work vs. time for metrics.
• Maintain dock presence inspecting work in progress.
• Work alongside warehouse staff to demonstrate proper techniques.
• On any day, perform tasks of other warehouse areas as needed.
• Unload, load, deluxing and minor furniture repair as needed.
