Qualificações
- High School Diploma or GED; 0–2 years relevant experience
- Forklift Operator Certification
- Leadership experience preferred; ability to train and supervise a team
Responsabilidades
- Schedule work for the assigned team and area
- Create work documents for picking, moving, and shipping merchandise
- Maintain records and task lists for accountability
- Reconcile completed work and process final documents
- Monitor productivity and performance metrics
- Oversee dock operations and security procedures
- Lead training for new staff and those requiring upskilling
