Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Lead to guide the Z-Dock team, schedule workloads and ensure safe, efficient operations in the warehouse. This role involves overseeing unloading, loading, deluxing and routine repairs, while maintaining accurate task records and accountability.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 0–2 years relevant experience and forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in leadership is a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work within the team and area.
• Prepare work documents for picking, moving, and shipping merchandise.
• Maintain records of tasks and time to measure productivity.
• Provide on-the-spot training and oversee dock operations.
• Assist with unloading, loading, deluxing and minor furniture repairs.
• Ensure security and RDC procedures are followed.
