Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred and a distinct advantage.
• Must learn and utilize RMS extensively.
• Forklift Operator Certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work within the assigned team and area.
• Create work documents for picking, moving, and shipping merchandise.
• Maintain records and assignment lists to minimize downtime and create accountability.
• Inspect work in progress and demonstrate proper techniques with staff.
• Oversee unloading, loading, deluxing and minor furniture repair as needed.
• Maintain security and RDC procedures; manage access and building oversight as needed.
• Train new staff to maximize productivity and ensure safety.
