The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 0-2 years’ experience, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with RMS is a plus, with opportunities for advancement within a values-driven, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Forklift Operator Certification required or able to obtain.
• Experience leading a small team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work within the assigned team and area.
• Create and manage picking, moving, and shipping documents.
• Maintain records and time-based metrics for accountability.
• Oversee dock operations and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Unload/load furniture and perform basic repairs as needed.
