Job summary

Electric Monster is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create engaging YouTube thumbnails for multiple clients. This freelance role is part-time (~20 hours/week) with a six-month term and potential full-time renewal.

You'll collaborate with data analysts to test designs and drive CTR while staying current with the latest thumbnail trends across various brands. Remote/flexible work is supported.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of YouTube thumbnail design experience for a similar company, creator or MCN.
• Internet obsessed and plugged in to design trends that make people click.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment creatively and effectively.
• Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborative and communicative, able to work with varied levels of management, peers and talent across teams.
• BA/BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the thumbnail design process — from concept & pitch through final approvals for various clients.
• Collaborate with Strategy to track performance, A/B testing results and make data-informed decisions that increase CTR.
• Stay current on design trends and best practices within the thumbnail space.
• Partner with Strategy to refresh content libraries and optimize visuals.
