We’re looking for a motivated graphic designer to join our team as a Thumbnail Designer. You’ll work alongside our creative team to design high‑performing thumbnails, learning what makes YouTube packaging actually work at a high level. This role starts as an internship or contract position, with real potential to grow into full‑time for the right person.

Antioch Creative is a YouTube packaging agency working with some of the biggest creators and brands on the platform. We combine creative direction, strategy, and premium design to help channels capture attention and stand out.

What You’ll Do

• Design thumbnails from approved concept directions
• Collaborate with our team through the revision process
• Stay current on what’s performing on YouTube
• Learn and apply AI image generation tools in your workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a graphic design program or related field
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop
• A genuine curiosity about YouTube, content, and what makes people click
• Willingness to learn fast — we move quickly and will teach you the rest
• Familiarity with AI image tools and prompting is a huge plus (Freepik AI, Google Nano Banana.)
• Figma experience is a plus
• Based in the United States
