You will blend creative optimization with analytics to maximize reach across high-quality video podcasts, social originals, and original YouTube series.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing YouTube audiences at scale.
• Expert-level proficiency with YouTube Studio analytics and optimization tools.
• Combining graphic design skills for thumbnails with a data-driven approach to title copywriting.
• Deep understanding of YouTube monetization ecosystem and algorithmic best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly to executive and creative stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of high-performing thumbnails and compelling titles; conduct A/B testing to maximize engagement.
• Establish and enforce publishing workflows, metadata application, and templating across channels.
• Monitor channel health and translate analytics into weekly strategic reports for leadership and creative teams.
• Nurture the content library by selecting clips/shorts for repurposing and guiding editors on cutdowns.
• Advise cross-functional teams on monetization strategies and platform features.
