Zang International is seeking a highly organized YouTube & Digital Content Manager to oversee scheduling, publishing, optimization, and performance of our video content across YouTube and other digital platforms. You’ll manage the publishing calendar, optimize metadata for growth, coordinate livestreams, and monitor analytics to drive decisions.

The role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with YouTube best practices, and the ability to translate data into actionable

Qualificações

• Experience managing YouTube channels or digital video content publishing operations.
• Strong proficiency with YouTube Studio, Analytics, SEO, and thumbnail optimization.
• Experience creating and maintaining Excel trackers and structured data.
• Experience scheduling long-form, short-form, and livestream content.
• Understanding of video performance metrics: CTR, retention, watch time, engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production calendar and publish schedule for video content.
• Schedule, publish, and distribute content across YouTube and other platforms.
• Create optimized titles, descriptions, metadata, thumbnails, and playlists.
• Maintain consistent branding and publishing standards across content.
• Ensure videos meet quality standards before publishing and troubleshoot issues.
• Set up recurring livestreams using Restream and coordinate livestreams.
• Edit and prepare short-form videos using Opus and other tools.
• Assist with trimming, captions, graphics, and transitions as needed.
• Identify topics and trends to support channel growth and monetization.
• Monitor performance with YouTube Analytics and prepare insights reports.
