Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Two years of experience working with youth in workforce development.
• Experience facilitating meetings/workshops and providing 1:1 support to youth.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum and facilitate job readiness training workshops including resume/cover letter building and interview skills.
• Provide 1:1 career guidance and assist with education and career planning, job search and retention follow-up.
• Collaborate with the workforce team on program planning and outcomes.
• Lead youth outreach and build partnerships with community organizations and employers.
• Coordinate GED attainment and tutoring services as needed.
• Complete required documentation to meet funder compliance.
