Job summary

Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) invites applications for a Program Coordinator within the YAWL Workforce Development Program. You will oversee the Young Adult Job Center portfolio, supervise staff, coordinate workshops, and ensure services meet quality standards for youth ages 16–24.

This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role reports to the Program Supervisor and offers $30.00–$34.00 per hour plus excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Experience with diverse youth backgrounds.
• Experience supervising a team of three or more staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin/Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in youth workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Young Adult Work Link program and service delivery.
• Supervise staff, workshops, and program models.
• Develop partnerships with grantees and partners.
• Ensure compliance with Youth Program Quality Standards.
• Lead outreach, recruitment, and participant assessments.
• Provide 1:1 guidance and career planning services.
• Coordinate GED attainment, tutoring, and college exploration.
• Support retention and follow-up for participants.
