Job summary

Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) seeks a Program Coordinator for the YAWL Work Based Learning program. You will oversee the portfolio, supervise staff, and ensure high‑quality youth workforce services.

You will develop and facilitate job readiness trainings, coordinate internships with SF employers, conduct assessments, and provide case management to help participants overcome barriers to work and school success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Experience with diverse youth in workforce development is preferred.
• Experience coordinating internships and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Work Based Learning portfolio and staff.
• Develop and implement workshops and trainings.
• Coordinate internships with local SF businesses and worksite partners.
• Provide case management and guidance to address barriers to work/school performance.
• Develop individualized career plans and postsecondary training services.
• Coordinate GED attainment and related education services.
• Lead outreach and recruitment to engage priority populations.
• Supervise Program Specialists and support workforce development goals.
