Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Dayton is seeking a part-time Van Driver & Program Support to safely transport youth and staff across locations, while maintaining required records and promoting a positive, respectful environment in all operations.

Ideal candidates have a valid license, reliable attendance, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid. The role supports club programming and requires collaboration with program staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CPR/First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Youth development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport youth ages 6–18 and staff between Club locations, schools, and program sites.
• Maintain vehicle documentation, rosters, and logs; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist in program operations and collaborate with staff to support activities.
• Communicate with caregivers, school personnel, and staff; follow BGCD policies.
