Job summary

Humanim in Maryland is seeking a Youth Transition Services Program Coordinator. The role coordinates and ensures proper execution of services for participants, assists clients in obtaining needed services, and builds relationships with external partners.

Reports to the Youth Transition Services Program Manager and requires an Associate Degree in Human Services, 1 year of relevant experience, and a valid Maryland driver’s license. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Human Services field required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid Maryland Driver's license required.
• Valid Automobile insurance required.
• At-least one year of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills - Meticulous to details.
• Ability to maintain professional and respectful relationships with program and department staff, individuals receiving services and external persons and agencies involved with services provided.
