Position involves collaborating with supervisors, case workers, and host families, offering crisis support and transportation as needed while promoting strong leadership and youth empowerment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Driver's license and ability to maintain insurability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for foster youth and alumni.
• Provide ongoing support to youth and host families.
• Assist with housing, education, employment and community connections.
• Support youth with readiness activities like mock interviews and college applications.
• Attend court hearings and provide transportation as needed.
• Collaborate with case workers and supervisors to meet goals.
