Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Licensed Therapeutic Manager for the South Florida Youth Academy in Miami, FL. The role oversees case plans and treatment programs, supervising staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering individual, group, and family therapy services.

You will report to the Clinical Director, manage documentation, and help advance program development, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive environment for youth.

Qualifications

• MA, MS or MSW required.
• Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC required.
• Prior case management with juveniles required.
• CAC II or CAC III preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individual, group, family, and case management services.
• Supervise group living staff and ensure staff support for students.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report to Clinical Director and contribute to program development.
