Rite of Passage is hiring a Licensed Therapeutic Manager for the South Florida Youth Academy in Miami, FL. The role oversees case plans and treatment programs, supervising staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering individual, group, and family therapy services.

You will report to the Clinical Director, manage documentation, and help advance program development, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive environment for youth.

Qualifications

• MA, MS or MSW required.
• Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC required.
• Prior case management with juveniles required.
• CAC II or CAC III preferred.

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Licensed Therapeutic Manager at South Florida Youth Academy in Miami, Florida. South Florida Youth Academy is composed of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk male youth aged 14 to 18 who require behavioral/mental health, substance abuse, and major disorder services. The programs utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while at the program. ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 What you will do: The Licensed Therapeutic Manager in the Rite of Passage program is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing case plans and treatment programs based on the needs of each student and the requirements of the placing agency. They provide individual, group, family, and case management services while ensuring the program meets therapeutic goals. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Therapeutic Manager also supervises group living staff, ensuring proper support for students. They maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to the program's ongoing development. To be considered you should: Possess a MA, MS or MSW. Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC. Prior Case Management experience required, including three years’ experience with juveniles. Prior substance abuse education, intervention, and treatment services provided to juveniles (CAC II or CAC III preferred). Information regarding Schedule/hours/shifts: 5 days a week, with 2 days off.
