Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking a Licensed Therapist for the Pompano Youth Academy in Pompano Beach, FL. You will develop and oversee treatment plans for youth, delivering individual, group, and family services while ensuring program goals are met and documentation is thorough.

The role reports to the Clinical Director and involves supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to program development in a supportive, youth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Possess a MA, MS or MSW.
• Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Three years’ experience with juveniles in case management.
• Substance abuse education and treatment services for juveniles preferred (CAC II/III).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee case plans and treatment programs for students.
• Provide individual, group, family, and case management services.
• Supervise group living staff and ensure proper student support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
