Rite of Passage is seeking an Assistant Program Director- Unit Manager at Palm Beach Academy in Palm Beach, FL to oversee treatment, education, vocational and welfare services within a residential youth program.

Located in Palm Beach, the role requires experience with the Florida DJJ and a BA/BS in a related field; four years in residential facility management are expected. Starting pay is $70,000. Perks include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401k match, and PTO.

Formación

• BA/BS in related field (master's degree preferred).
• Experience with the Department of Juvenile Justice in Florida.
• Minimum of four years of related experience in residential facility management.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee quality delivery and oversight of treatment, education, vocational and health services.
• Act as site leader in absence of Program Director and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with Rite of Passage policies, licensing, and laws.
• Develop and modify the Rite of Passage program for site management.
• Manage site operations, budget, staffing, and training compliance.
• Lead site management meetings and ensure adequate staffing levels.
