Community Solutions Inc. is seeking Youth Support Specialist candidates for our Coventry House residential youth program. Starting wage is $19.98 per hour plus shift differentials.

Virtual interviews are scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Various shifts available, including full-time and part-time options, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff. You will provide direct care and supervision, develop individualized plans with teammates, maintain records, and help residents

Competenze

• High School Diploma plus 4 years experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
• Bachelors degree plus one year experience preferred; education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one-for-one basis.
• Experience with Youth Population preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents in a residential setting.
• Develop and implement individualized plans for each resident, in collaboration with other team members.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to residents throughout their stay.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and behavior.
• Conduct employment, job search and home confinement spot checks on each shift.
• Conduct pat/pocket searches on all clients entering the facility and document results.
• Complete intake on all new arrivals prior to the end of your shift and facilitate client orientation.
