• Experience with youth population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents in a residential setting.
• Develop and implement individualized plans for residents in collaboration with the team.
• Maintain accurate records of resident progress and behavior.
• Support residents in reintegration into their communities.
• Monitor client movement and conduct checks as assigned.
