Coventry House, a Community Solutions, Inc. residential youth program, is seeking Youth Support Specialist candidates for our various shift needs. WE ARE SEEKING APPLICATIONS FOR CANDIDATES TO FOR THESE POSITIONS ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10TH, 2026.

Formación

• High School Diploma plus 4 years experience in social service or criminal justice field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; education may be substituted with relevant experience.
• Experience with youth population preferred.
• Valid driver's license and punctuality for shift changes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents in a residential setting.
• Develop and implement individualized plans for each resident with the team.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to residents throughout their stay.
• Maintain accurate records of resident progress and behavior.
• Conduct employment, job search and home confinement spot checks on each shift.
• Complete house counts and document results.
• Transport clients in a company vehicle when needed.
• Monitor clients' self-administration of medication.
