Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a part-time Youth Support Specialist for the Coventry House program in Coventry, RI.

You will provide direct care and supervision to youth residents, develop individualized plans with the team, and guide them toward successful reintegration into their communities. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, strong communication, and organizational skills, with responsibilities including maintaining records and coordinating with staff and external

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 4 years in social services or criminal justice
• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year in social services or criminal justice preferred; experience may substitute
• Experience with youth population preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents in a residential setting
• Develop and implement individualized plans with the team for each resident
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to residents during their stay
• Maintain accurate records of resident progress and behavior
• Monitor residents’ reintegration into the community and coordinate resources
