Job summary

WellLife Network seeks a Child Support Professional to provide specialized care and supervision for youth in residence within the Community Residence Program. You will support skill-building, family engagement, and the development of independence, while applying trauma-informed practices to daily routines and activities.

The role emphasizes behavioral modeling, documentation, and safeguarding the well-being of residents through consistent, compassionate care. A NY driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with emotional or behavioral needs (preferred).
• A valid New York State driver’s license (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care, supervision, and therapeutic support to youth in residence.
• Demonstrate positive behaviors and embody the program’s core values.
• Teach daily living and social skills while maintaining a therapeutic milieu.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
