Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a part-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist (Youth Residential Mentor) for our Coventry House program in Coventry, RI. This role involves direct care, supervision, and support for youth residents, aiding their reintegration into the community.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth population preferred.
• A able to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents.
• Develop and implement individualized plans for residents.
• Maintain accurate records of resident progress and behavior.
• Conduct employment and job search checks on each shift.
