Job summary

Easterseals NH is seeking a Youth Support Specialist to provide one-on-one guidance to adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth across multiple NH locations. You will foster supportive relationships and assist with education, career coaching, and personal skill development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of work experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

Whether you are offering educational support, career coaching, personal skill development, or fostering their overall social health and wellness; you will help students grow and thrive within their communities.Qualifications:You must be at least 18 years or older to fill this position.A high school diploma or GED, as well as two years of work experience are also required.Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.Compensation: $19-$22 hourly, based upon experience and educationOpportunity to earn a $0.50 pay increase at 3 months, 6 months, and 8 months of employment—up to a total of $1.50—through our Career Ladder Program!Hours: Full time and Part time available; Monday-Friday 1st shiftLocations: Stratham, Dover, Kingston, Chester, Newmarket, and Exeter areasWhat’s in it for you?
