Easter Seals NH, Inc. is seeking a Youth Support Specialist in Alton, NH to build supportive relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood.

You will provide one-on-one guidance to help them achieve their goals, including educational support, career coaching, and personal skill development. You will foster a caring environment to promote social health and wellness; this is a full-time, on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package and a pay range of $19–$22 per hour,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED with two years of work experience.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.

As a leader in our Youth Transitional Services program, you will provide impactful, one-on-one guidance for adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth to position them for success in life. Whether you are offering educational support, career coaching, personal skill development, or fostering their overall social health and wellness; you will help students grow and thrive within their communities. **Qualifications:*** You must be at least 18 years or older to fill this position.* A high school diploma or GED, as well as two years of work experience are also required.* Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.**Compensation:** $19-$22 hourly, based upon experience and education.*Opportunity to earn a $0.50 pay increase at 3 months, 6 months, and 8 months of employment—up to a total of $1.50—through our Career Ladder Program!* **Hours:**Monday – Friday, 8:15am-2:15pm. **This is a full-time, benefit eligible position.**What’s in it for you?
