Job summary

Easterseals NH is seeking Direct Support Associates to help adults with diverse abilities thrive in the community. You’ll assist with vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and other activities, providing supervision and hand-over-hand support as needed.

The role is full-time (30 hours/week), Monday through Friday, 9am–3pm, with a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, 403(b) match, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals during vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and other community-based activities.
• Provide supervision and hand-over-hand assistance as needed to promote independence.
• Support adults with diverse abilities and needs to engage in meaningful activities.
