Easterseals NH is seeking a Direct Support Associate to join our team. You will work alongside adults with diverse abilities, supporting them in work, cooking classes, yoga, and vocational activities within their communities.

This full-time position offers a supportive environment, hands-on experience, a flexible role that adapts from supervision to hand-over-hand assistance, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 403(b) options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Job Description:We are looking for a Direct Support Associate to join our team! As a direct support associate in our program, you will participate alongside individuals as they partake in enriching, integrative activities throughout their communities. Gain hands-on experience working with adults who represent a diverse range of abilities and needs, supporting them as they achieve greater independence.
