Children And Families First Delaware Inc is seeking staff to supervise residents and support daily routines within the Behavior Modification Program. Responsibilities include counseling, meal supervision, documentation, and coordinating recreational activities.

The role involves liaison with staff, crisis response when needed, and assisting in transportation to appointments and activities. Candidates should have a high school diploma and relevant training.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Forty hours of training per year including Medication Administration, CPR, First Aid, Passive Physical Restraint, Crisis Control Techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and guide residents through daily routine and program schedule.
• Counsel residents in living skills and crisis intervention when needed.
• Prepare meals and monitor nutrition and inventory usage.
• Document and chart resident performance and behavior; maintain progress notes.
• Facilitate recreational and art therapy activities; assist in planning.
