Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington in Germantown, MD seeks an Athletic Program Manager to plan, direct, supervise and evaluate clubhouse sports programs in support of our branch strategy. • Plan and oversee Clubhouse athletic programs and activities.
• Establish program objectives aligned with goals and mission.
• Ensure safety and health requirements are met in daily activities.
• Develop external partnerships within sports, fitness and recreation.
• Encourage member participation and provide instruction to develop skills.
• Supervise staff and manage scheduling; control expenditures within budget.
