• Plan and lead athletic practices, games, clinics, and activities.
• Develop age-appropriate plans and teach skills and teamwork.
• Supervise youth, ensure safety ratios, and manage behavior.
• Coordinate with leadership on schedules, events, and equipment needs.
• Maintain attendance, rosters, and program records.
• Foster positive relationships and model professional conduct.
