Job summary

RCX Sports is seeking part-time game day staff in Georgia to help run youth sports events across NFL FLAG, NHL STREET, MLS GO, and NBA Jr. Leagues. You will assist with setup, operations, and customer interactions on field, and may fill in as a coach or official when needed.

Starting at $18/hour with potential raises up to $25/hour, the role offers seasonal work and training provided by RCX Sports. Prior sports industry experience isn’t required, and weekend work is common.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Must be 18+ years old.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Enthusiastic passion for youth sports.

Responsibilities

Oversee game day operations across multiple youth programs (NFL FLAG, NHL STREET, MLS GO, NBA/WNBA Jr. Leagues).
Support setup/teardown of league booths and fields, handling situations with coaches, players, parents, and officials.
Fill in as coach or official when needed; establish relationships with coaches and officials.
Prepare scorecards, sell mouth guards, and greet customers at the field.
Report to supervisor weekly, attend Game Day Rep meetings, and submit weekend summaries.
Communicate with supervisor by phone or internet; resolve conflicts respectfully.
Attend coaches’ meetings and staff trainings regularly.
